Noẽma is the latest concept from Lucas Collective, bringing a fresh take on contemporary Mediterranean dining to Melbourne’s CBD. Inspired by modern Greek cuisine, the menu will celebrate exceptional produce, bold flavours and the theatre of Josper-grilled cooking, all within a striking current venue spanning a main dining room, intimate basement and private dining spaces.

About the Prospect:
We're looking for passionate Chef de Parties and Commis Chefs to join the opening team at Noẽma. This is your chance to work alongside some of the industry's best, be part of a brand-current kitchen from day one, and help create exceptional food and memorable dining experiences.

What You'll Bring
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or Commis Chef in a premium, à la carte restaurant




Passion for cooking and delivering exceptional food
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure service workplace
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and develop
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Excellent organisation, time management, and attention to detail
Commitment to food safety, hygiene, and WHS standards
Pride in maintaining a clean, organised, and effective section
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
