4C Group is seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruitment Officer to support our growing Brisbane operation. This role is focused on high-volume blue-collar recruitment across the logistics, warehousing, and container unloading sectors.

Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions including container unloaders, forklift drivers, warehouse workers and labourers




Writing and posting job advertisements across Seek, Indeed, social media and other recruitment platforms
Managing recruitment campaigns and candidate attraction strategies
Screening applications, conducting phone interviews and coordinating onboarding
Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media and internal databases
Building and maintaining talent pools to support workforce demands
Working closely with operations teams to meet staffing requirements

About You
Previous recruitment, talent acquisition or labour hire experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Confident using recruitment platforms, Microsoft Office and online sourcing tools
Positive, proactive and results-focused attitude
