Princi The Butcher North Perth are seeking a qualified butcher/boner who's an expert at boning whole carcasses.
We have a motivated production team and we need a fit, enthusiastic and highly skilled butcher/boner to join them.
Essential requirements:
Trade Qualified Butcher
Experienced at boning whole lamb, goat, pork and beef bodies.
Bring your own tools
Able to work with no restrictions in Australia
Physically fit and robust.
Looking for at least 38 hours per week - early starts, early finishes
Rate of pay negotiable according to proven skills and experience.
