The Position
Welcome guests with professionalism, warmth, and exceptional customer service.
Manage front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist guests with enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.
Provide information, directions, and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
Coordinate visitor arrivals and departures efficiently and professionally.
Build positive relationships with guests and stakeholders through outstanding service.
Maintain a polished and welcoming front-of-house environment.




Consistently deliver a premium concierge experience while exceeding guest expectations.

The Person
Previous experience in a concierge, reception, customer service, or front-of-house role.
Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organised with strong time management abilities.
Professional, confident, and well-presented at all times.
Proactive approach to problem-solving and guest assistance.
Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
Versatile and adaptable with a positive, customer-focused attitude.
