Job Description
Partnering with school and corporate leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice
Supporting the implementation of people policies, frameworks, and organisational initiatives
Coaching leaders on employee relations, performance management, workforce planning, and people leadership
Driving organisational change and cultural development initiatives
Analysing workforce data and trends to provide proactive insights and recommendations
Collaborating with specialist HR teams to deliver integrated people solutions
Building strong stakeholder relationships and acting as a trusted business partner
Ensuring compliance with employment legislation, policies, and governance requirements

The Successful Applicant
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology, or a related discipline




Demonstrated experience in a Business Partnering or Senior HR Advisory position
Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability
Experience influencing and coaching leaders across complex environments
The ability to navigate change and support organisational transformation initiatives
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Full Australian work rights.
Valid Working with Children's Check (WCC).
