Sales Agent - Recent Homes Specialist

$60,000-$65,000 + commission | Leads provided | Full time

About the role:

Our client, a growing Adelaide home builder, is looking for a motivated Sales Agent to help more South Australians take the step into a new home. Leads are supplied, so your focus is on building relationships with buyers, guiding them through their options and closing sales. If you’re driven by results and want your performance rewarded, this role is built for you.

What you’ll do:
Follow up the leads provided and turn enquiries into sales
Guide buyers through the home-buying journey, from first enquiry to contract
Present the builder’s home designs, house and land packages and available properties
Negotiate with confidence to match clients with a package that fits their budget
Work with the internal team to coordinate appointments, proposals and sales




Contribute ideas to grow the sales pipeline and the business’s presence across Adelaide

About you:
A confident communicator who builds rapport quickly
Driven, proactive and motivated by results
Solid on customer service, and disciplined about following up leads
A team player who thrives in a growing business
Sales experience, ideally in real estate, property or recent home sales
A current South Australian real estate registration or licence, as applicable to the role
