We're partnering with a well-established multidisciplinary engineering consultancy seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer to join their growing team.

This is an excellent prospect for a senior mechanical engineer or existing associate looking to take on a leadership role across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial offices, retail developments, healthcare facilities, and education projects. You'll play a key role in project delivery, client management, team leadership, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and delivery of mechanical building services projects from concept through to completion.
Manage and mentor a team of engineers and designers.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and project stakeholders.
Oversee project resourcing, commercial performance, and technical quality.




Contribute to business development activities and help strengthen existing client relationships.
Provide technical leadership across HVAC, ventilation, and sustainable building design solutions.

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
Solid technical expertise in HVAC and mechanical services design.
Proven experience delivering commercial, retail, healthcare, and/or education projects.
Demonstrated leadership and client-facing experience.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
