About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on E-commerce Warehouse Team Leader to oversee daily warehouse operations supporting our growing online retail business.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise warehouse staff in daily operations
Coordinate picking, packing, dispatch, and receiving activities
Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and on time
Monitor warehouse productivity and improve operational efficiency
Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and cycle counts
Organize warehouse layout and maintain clean storage systems
Train and onboard new warehouse team members
Allocate daily tasks and manage workflow priorities
Work closely with operations and online sales teams to support order demand
Identify and resolve warehouse operational issues proactively
Maintain workplace safety standards and enforce WHS procedures
Assist with warehouse reporting and operational planning

Skills & Experience
Previous experience in warehouse leadership or supervisory role




Experience in e-commerce or online retail warehouse operations preferred
Strong understanding of inventory management and fulfilment processes
Ability to lead and motivate a team
Good problem-solving and organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet dispatch deadlines
Forklift licence preferred
Experience using warehouse systems or ERP systems is an advantage
Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
