At Data#3, we bridge the gap between complex technology solutions, supply chains, and customer outcomes. We are looking for a commercially minded Sales Operations Specialist to join our Brisbane team, driving high-value support across hardware, pricing, and data.

In this role you will:
Support Account Executives with quotes, pricing and product information
Navigate End User Compute product spec sheets, identifying component compatibility and suitable product substitutions
Use Excel to import, manipulate, reconcile, and troubleshoot large operational and product datasets.
Validate pricing, product codes and quotes against customer requirements
Liaise with vendors and distributors to track supply chains, lead times, stock availability, and backorders.
Ensure high accuracy across product codes, customer contracts, and order fulfilment workflows.

About You
Background in sales operations, customer operations, supply chain, or IT product administration.
Hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Excel (XLOOKUP, pivot tables, data manipulation, and reconciliation).
Working knowledge of End User Compute technology products (desktops, notebooks, displays,



and accessories).
Understanding of tech supply-chain logistics, vendor pricing structures, and order lifecycle management.
Solid attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Exposure to SQL or querying data tools is an advantage, but not essential.
