SISU Consulting is partnering with a Commonwealth regulator to find an experienced Senior CRM Developer to join a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team delivering a major program of work.

This is a genuinely hands-on, code-first role. You’ll be building high-quality, well-tested Dynamics 365 and Dataverse solutions that go well beyond low-code configuration, working under limited direction and aligned to the agency’s architecture standards and best practice.

What you’ll be doing
Designing, coding, testing and maintaining Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom entities, plugins, custom workflow activities and system integrations
Working collaboratively within a Scrum team to define and deliver quality solutions
Planning, documenting and managing your deliverables through Azure DevOps
Contributing to CI/CD pipeline improvements and embracing DevOps practices to streamline development and deployment
Engaging with stakeholders to understand requirements, manage technical risks and showcase your work




Contributing to technical and systems improvement initiatives and Communities of Practice across the Agile Release Train

What you’ll bring
3+ years’ recent experience as a developer in multi-disciplinary Agile teams (Scrum, Secure, Kanban)
Solid C# and .NET skills for Dynamics 365 extension development, including the Dataverse SDK and Web API
Proven plugin-heavy Dynamics 365 delivery and experience integrating with Azure services or REST APIs
Experience designing scalable, maintainable Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, including ALM practices
Hands-on experience with Azure, Git and DevOps pipeline deployments
Experience with test development and tools such as xUnit
High proficiency with Azure DevOps and Miro
Relevant IT qualifications or equivalent practical experience, ideally in large or complex programs
