Sportif Personal Training is a boutique, community-driven personal training studio where quality coaching and real relationships come first. We specialise in premium 1:1 personal training and small group training, and we're all about creating an workplace where both clients and coaches love showing up.

We're on the lookout for a passionate, reliable Personal Trainer to join our team and grow with us long term — initially a part time role but potential to grow into more hours, a coach who genuinely cares about their craft.

Candidates must have current Australian work rights to be eligible for this position.

You’ll coach a mix of:
1:1 personal training sessions
Small group training classes

You’ll be working with clients who value great coaching, consistency and community, and you’ll be supported by a small team that backs each other.

What You’ll Be Doing
Delivering high-quality 1:1 PT sessions
Running engaging, well-organised small group classes
Getting to know your clients and keeping them motivated and accountable
Coaching to Sportif’s high standards
Helping keep the studio’s vibe warm, welcoming and never intimidating

What You’ll Need
Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
Minimum 1 year of personal training experience
Mat Pilates Certified
Current First Aid & CPR
Confidence coaching both individuals and small groups
Robust communication skills and a team-first attitude
Current Australian work rights

Availability
Weekday mornings and/or evenings (preferred)
Fortnightly Saturday shifts (required)
