You will be responsible for managing the delivery and handover process to our customers. You will embody the highest standards of customer service, attention to detail and present an excellent presentation to enhance the customer experience.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Coordinating the delivery of vehicles from point of sale to hand over
Demonstration of vehicle features
Completing vehicle registrations
Completing administration of deal packs including post-delivery requirements
Establish and develop solid relationships with all internal sales departments

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in a similar client facing / customer service role
Experience working in a team workplace




Ability to provide exceptional customer service and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A full drivers license and clean driving record
