An excellent opportunity has arisen in KPMG’s Office of General Counsel (OGC) for a generalist in house lawyer. The OGC deals with a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements, along with regulatory and disputes management. Your Prospect

Forming part of the Office of General Counsel team this role will play a key role in a wide variety of corporate and commercial arrangements and agreements by
Drafting and negotiating general contracts and commercial agreements
Reviewing current products and service offerings
Providing legal advice in relation to engagement documents and client service offerings
Liaising closely with the business and external counsel
