About the role
Deliver outstanding service to customers in person, over the phone and via email
Process sales orders, quotations, invoices, returns and customer enquiries accurately
Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing practical solutions
Proactively follow up quotations, orders and customer requests
Support branch administration and ensure customer records and transactions are maintained accurately
Work closely with the wider branch team to provide a seamless customer experience
Build your knowledge of our products, customers and the electrical industry
