We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Architect to lead technical design and solution architecture across ServiceNow implementations and enhancements, with a solid focus on ITOM, ITAM, and HRSD.

Mandatory Skills & Experience
Solid expertise in ServiceNow technical architecture and solution design.
Hands-on experience with ITOM (IT Operations Management), ITAM (IT Asset Management), and HRSD (HR Service Delivery).
Relevant ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Certified Application Developer (CAD), or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
Proven experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
Robust knowledge of ServiceNow integrations, workflows, scripting, and platform capabilities.
Experience with technical governance, architecture standards, and implementation best practices.





Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver end-to-end ServiceNow technical solutions.
Define architecture, integration patterns, and technical standards.
Provide technical leadership to development and implementation teams.
Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, and performance requirements.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to translate requirements into technical designs.
Review technical deliverables and ensure adherence to platform best practices.
