Salesforce Developer – JD Summary

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with solid hands-on expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud Engagement. The candidate should be capable of developing, configuring, integrating, and supporting solutions across all three Salesforce clouds.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:
Salesforce Development: Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, and platform configuration.
Sales Cloud: Experience managing leads, accounts, contacts, prospects, referral pipelines, and sales processes.
Service Cloud: Knowledge of case management, queues, routing, assignment, automation, and service workflows.
Marketing Cloud: Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Data Extensions, segmentation, and customer communications.
Integrations:



Experience developing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and integrating Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud with enterprise applications.
Deployment & Support: Experience with Salesforce DX, Git, CI/CD, unit testing, deployments, defect resolution, and production support.

Additional Requirements:
Robust understanding of Salesforce data models, security, profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
Ability to handle user stories throughout the complete development lifecycle.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with business, QA, and architecture teams.

Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or Marketing Cloud certifications.
