We pride ourselves on providing a high standard of customer service, offering customers traditional made pizzas, pastas, parmas, salads, sides and desserts.

We are seeking a friendly individual to join our customer service team who will be the face of our business, taking orders from customers face-to-face and over the phone. You will be processing payment and handing out orders correctly to customers and Uber Eats Delivery Partners.

We are looking for someone who can: work well under pressure (as we get very busy)



work autonomously and apart of a team multitask and coordinate excellent attention to detail work nights and weekends (must be reliable as we are a small team) maintain a good relationship with customers and Uber Eats Delivery Partners.

Customer service experience is required in a hospitality workplace and previous exposure to the Uber Eats restaurant platform is desired.

Customer focus and team work is a large part of our culture and therefore must be consistent in your work ethic. You must be motivated individual and be willing to work nights as we are open from 5-10pm Tuesday-Sunday.
