Arnold Cleaning Services is growing in Launceston and we’re looking for a small number of reliable, detail-focused cleaners to join our team.

We’re not looking for just anyone. We’re looking for people who take real pride in their work and want to be part of a team that values doing things properly.

We work across high-quality Airbnb properties and commercial sites, with a solid focus on presentation, consistency, and reliability. If you’re someone who notices the small details others miss, you’ll fit in well here.

What you can expect:
Consistent, ongoing work with a growing Tasmanian business
Flexible hours including some evenings and weekends
Well-managed jobs with explicit systems and support in place
Opportunity to grow within the business as we continue expanding

A qualified team environment that values quality workmanship

We’re looking for someone who:
Takes pride in delivering a high standard of work
Has strong attention to detail
Is reliable and comfortable working independently
Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Holds a driver’s licence (preferred)

If you genuinely care about doing a great job and want to be part of a professional, growing team, we’d love to hear from you.
