Job Description
Manage daily retail operations, including customer service, garment collection, order processing and service delivery. 2. Set and implement service standards, pricing and offerings for dry-cleaning, laundry, alterations and specialty garment care. 3. Manage purchasing and inventory procedures to maintain supplies and control operating costs. 4. Plan and implement marketing activities to attract customers, increase sales and encourage repeat business. 5. Oversee customer relationships, respond to enquiries and resolve complaints to maintain service quality. 6. Prepare and monitor budgets, revenue targets and operating expenses to improve store performance. 7. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer orders, inventory and financial performance. 8. Manage staff recruitment, rostering, training, supervision and performance. 9. Coordinate with cleaning staff, alteration specialists and service providers to ensure quality and timely order completion. 10. Monitor workplace procedures, safety requirements and operational standards to maintain an organised, compliant store.
