We are looking for an experienced and passionate Baker to join our team and play a key role in crafting high-quality gluten-free and grain-free breads . This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a growing local business dedicated to creating delicious, wholesome products that our customers love.

About the Role

You will be responsible for preparing, mixing, and baking a variety of gluten-free and grain-free breads, rolls, and related products according to recipes and customer orders. Maintaining exceptional food safety and product quality standards will be central to your role.

Monday - 10am - 6pm

Tuesday - 10am - 6pm

Thursday
10am - 6pm

Key Responsibilities
Prepare, mix, and bake gluten-free and grain-free breads, rolls, and other baked products.
Follow recipes and production schedules accurately to ensure consistency and quality.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workspace in line with hygiene and safety standards.
Work collaboratively with the team to develop new and cutting-edge baked products.




Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer feedback when required.

About You
Robust knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow recipes precisely.
Reliable, organised, and adaptable with strong time management skills.
Positive team player with a passion for baking and continuous learning.
