We are looking for an Administration Officer to join our team at Naval Base.
In this role, you’ll support the branch by delivering high-quality administrative and customer service assistance. You’ll play a key part in keeping daily operations running smoothly while ensuring a positive experience for both customers and colleagues.
This is a permanent part-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 3:00pm—ideal for someone seeking hours that align with school schedules. Key Responsibilities :
Coordinate a range of administrative activities to support branch operations
Maintain records, support stocktakes as required, process invoices and purchase orders
Prepare quotations, tender responses and reports
Complete accurate data entry,



update databases, and support compliance requirements
Provide any other miscellaneous administrative duties as required

About You :
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
Proficient in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new systems
Strong attention to detail with excellent organisation and time-management skills
Ability to juggle competing priorities and deadlines
Confident communicator with a friendly, customer-focused approach
Adaptable, adaptable, and eager to support changing business needs
Exposure to CRM systems advantage but not essential
