Mom and Dad Finance, an Australian-based mortgage brokerage, is looking for an India-based telecaller with previous experience calling Australian mortgage customers. Australian mortgage calling experience is essential. General telecalling experience alone will not meet the requirements. Your role
• Call prospective customers and follow up on mortgage enquiries.
• Understand their home loan, refinancing or investment loan needs.
• Book appointments with the mortgage broker.
• Maintain accurate call notes and follow-up records.
• Follow approved scripts and calling procedures.
• What we’re looking for
• Previous calling experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker or home loan business.




• Transparent spoken English and confident telephone communication.
• Familiarity with Australian home loan terminology.
• Ability to work agreed hours overlapping with Sydney business hours.
• Reliable internet, a headset and a quiet workspace.
