The Prospect Due to continued growth, the team is seeking an Associate (3+ years PAE) to advise across a broad range of financing matters, including:
Corporate and acquisition finance
Secured and unsecured lending
Property and construction finance
Debt capital markets You will work closely with senior practitioners and a diverse client base that includes banks, lenders, corporates, private equity, and developers.



This role offers hands-on involvement in significant transactions with genuine scope for client contact. About You You will bring:
At least 3 years’ PAE in front-end banking and finance matters
Strong drafting, negotiation, and transaction management skills
A client-focused approach with excellent communication skills
