About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced

Fixed Operations Manager

to lead our

Service and Parts Departments .

Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for driving departmental performance, leading and developing your teams, improving customer satisfaction and ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of Fixed Operations.

This is a key leadership role for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, delivering strong business results and creating a excellent customer experience. Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the Service and Parts teams

Drive productivity, profitability and operational performance

Monitor budgets, KPIs and departmental results





Improve customer satisfaction and retention

Oversee warranty, compliance and manufacturer requirements

Coach and develop team members

Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and performance

Work closely with the dealership leadership team to achieve business objectives

About You

Leadership experience within automotive Service, Parts or Fixed Operations

Strong commercial and financial understanding

Experience managing KPIs, budgets and team performance

Excellent communication and people leadership skills

Customer-focused and results-driven

Organised, proactive and solution-oriented

Sound understanding of dealership operations and manufacturer standards
