WE'RE LOOKING FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGERS | GOLD COAST

Love networking, building relationships and have a natural flair for sales? We're looking for motivated Business Development Managers to join our growing, boutique finance business based on the Gold Coast.

Working within the home and personal finance sector, you'll help connect individuals and businesses with finance solutions, including home loan purchases and refinancing, car loans and more.

The role involves:
Building relationships with local businesses and professionals.
Networking and identifying new business opportunities.
Introducing businesses to our Employee Home Loan Benefit Program.
Developing and nurturing ongoing business relationships.
Connecting prospective clients with our experienced mortgage broking team.

What we're looking for:
Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
A natural ability to network and build rapport.
An interest in sales, business development and the finance industry.
A self-motivated and proactive approach.




Previous sales or finance experience is preferred but not essential.
