About the role
We are seeking an organized and proactive Analyst/Assistant Development Manager/Real Estate to provide executive support and assist with the coordination of land, industrial, commercial and mixed-use development projects. This wide-ranging role combines administration, research, stakeholder coordination and practical project support from planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage meetings, correspondence, priorities and general administration.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, briefing notes, reports and qualified communications.
• Support development projects by tracking programs, approvals, budgets, risks and key actions.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, authorities, clients and other stakeholders.
• Undertake property, planning and market research and present explicit findings to management.
• Maintain accurate project records, approvals, contracts, invoices and document control systems.
• Assist with site inspections, progress reporting, completion and project handover activities. About You:



You’ll ideally bring:
• Experience in executive support, development coordination, property, construction or project administration, with the confidence to take on increasing responsibility.
• Exposure to land, industrial, commercial, residential or mixed-use development projects will be highly regarded.
• A tertiary qualification in Property, Construction, Economics or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience in executive support or project coordination.
• Working knowledge of development programs, approvals, budgets, project financials and risk tracking.
• Highly organised and adaptable, with strong written communication, attention to detail, commercial curiosity and the ability to coordinate competing priorities and stakeholders.
• Minimum 2 years experience in related industry is required.
• Salary $90k-110k + Super, depending on applicant
