Flexible schedule Role Responsibilities

Build and review deliverables such as

PnL

and

mark-to-market reconciliations ,

vendor/AP payment reconciliations , and

integrated 3-statement models . Evaluate

covenant and credit analysis

and

partnership/skilled-services allocations . Reason from primary sources like

term sheets ,

purchase agreements , and

trial balances

to identify material information. Write transparent,



CFO/partner-ready narratives explaining assumptions, variances, and recommendations. Work

independently and asynchronously

to meet deadlines while improving

AI model performance . Qualifications

Must-Have

5+ years

in a hands-on non-investment finance role. Strong

US GAAP/IFRS

knowledge and advanced

Excel modeling

skills. Comfort exercising professional judgment on incomplete or ambiguous information. Preferred

CPA/CA/ACA/ACCA/CIMA

(or equivalent). Familiarity with
