IDL is seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our Finance team at Moorabool, near Geelong. You will drive month-end reporting, reconciliations and cashflow analysis while mentoring three direct reports and supporting process improvements across the business.

You will bring a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance, a CPA/CA qualification, and at least five years in financial reporting within manufacturing. Advanced Excel and ERP system skills are essential for success.
