Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Support the Principal in leading the school community to develop and implement a shared educational vision that promotes high-quality learning outcomes for all students, deputising for the Principal when required.
Demonstrate ethical, values-based leadership by embedding socially just, inclusive and equitable practices into daily school operations.
Establish and maintain high expectations for student achievement and staff performance while actively engaging in lifelong learning and ongoing career development.
Build and sustain productive partnerships with parents, government agencies, community groups, industry and business to enhance student learning and school outcomes.
Apply strategic, future-focused leadership by understanding relevant legislation and policies, effectively managing resources, and aligning school operations with strategic priorities and goals.
