Blacktown City Council is seeking a Senior Rates Officer to ensure rating functions are accurate, compliant and effective. You will manage rating systems, reconcile valuations, process rates and charges, and oversee debt recovery.

Working with the Chief Rates Officer, you will provide technical guidance, issue notices, review exemptions, and support training while contributing to reporting and system improvements.
