Job Description

Barbie Dream Salon is looking for a passionate and experienced Beauty Therapist / Lash & Nail Technician to join our growing team in Braybrook. We are seeking someone who is confident in multiple beauty services and can provide exceptional customer service while maintaining high professional standards. This is a casual position with a minimum availability of 3–4 days per week, including some Saturdays.

About the Role:
Classic, Hybrid & Volume Lash Extensions
Lash Lifts & Tinting
Facials & Skin Treatments
Eyebrow Waxing, Shaping & Tinting
Face & Body Waxing
Manicures & Pedicures
Gel & Acrylic Nails (preferred)
Relaxation Massage (preferred)
Client Consultations & Product Recommendations
Maintaining a clean and professional workspace

Essential Requirements




Previous experience in beauty therapy and lash extensions
Robust customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, qualified and well-presented
Passion for the beauty industry
Availability for at least 3–4 days per week

Desirable Skills
Nail services (gel, acrylic or BIAB)
Massage experience
Advanced facial treatments
Brow lamination
Retail sales experience
