About the Role: As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting customers and internal teams by managing orders, responding to enquiries, and ensuring seamless communication throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities

Process customer sales orders accurately using SAP

Provide customers with updates regarding stock availability, pricing, delivery delays, and estimated arrival times

Follow up with customers before and after service delivery

Respond to product, order, and delivery enquiries via phone and email

Manage repair and credit enquiries from existing customers





Generate daily sales order reports and other reports as required

Liaise with freight providers to coordinate deliveries

Monitor and check stock availability to support customer requirements

About You To be successful in this role, you will possess:

Previous experience in a customer service role within a product-based workplace

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

High attention to detail and accuracy

A proactive and team-focused approach

Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (highly regarded)
