Your opportunity:
Provide strategic advice on business operations and service delivery, managing competing priorities, developing effective procedures and resolving complex operational challenges to support the school's objectives.
Lead workforce management for school support staff, including recruitment, induction, training, performance management, staff development and succession planning, while working with the Principal to guide organisational change.




Oversee financial management, including budget preparation, financial reporting and analysis, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and policies and recommending improvements to financial practices.
Build solid relationships with school staff, parents, students and community stakeholders, promoting collaboration, interpreting departmental policies, supporting professional development and encouraging innovative practices and high-quality service delivery.
