Cleaning Subcontractor (ABN required)

About the opportunity
Medford Australia is looking for reliable, independent cleaning subcontractors to take on jobs across facilities, offices and strata properties in North Sydney. We’re after people who take pride in their work, communicate well, and enjoy collaborating with other specialists on larger jobs.

Types of services required
General cleaning: vacuuming, mopping, dusting and surface cleaning
Kitchen and bathroom cleaning
Rubbish removal and sanitisation
Specialised cleans such as deep cleans, end-of-lease and commercial spaces

What we look for in our subcontractors
Delivering each job to the agreed scope and to Medford’s client quality standards
Safe and productive use of cleaning equipment and products
Compliance with site rules, safety requirements and client access arrangements
An active ABN




A qualified approach on site and respect for client properties
Letting your Medford Representative know promptly about any issues, delays or proposed scope changes
Logging job completion in our job management app so we can confirm the work with the client and process your invoice

What we offer
A regular flow of jobs across Sydney that you can accept or decline
A Medford Representative for each job, who handles scope, site access and client liaison
Agreed rates per job, paid on invoice.

Work location: On site at client properties

Job Type: Subcontract

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
