Role Overview
Join our team as a Factory Hand, where you will play a vital role in supporting our manufacturing and production processes. You will perform various manual tasks to ensure we meet production targets while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support: Assist with assembly, manual handling, and the operation of machinery or basic tools.
Logistics: Load and unload deliveries and move materials securely throughout the facility.
Quality Control: Conduct visual inspections and report any defective products or equipment malfunctions.
Maintenance: Clean and organise workspaces and perform minor repairs on tools as required.

Skills and Requirements
Citizenship: Must be an Australian Citizen.
Steel Workshop Experience: Previous experience with basic hand and power tools (e.g., drills,



saws, grinders, or wrenches) is a must.
Physical Fitness: Ability to perform manual labour, including heavy lifting (often up to 20kg) and standing for long periods.
Safety Conscious: Robust commitment to following Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policies and procedures.
Detail Oriented: Positive hand-eye coordination and the ability to follow precise instructions.
Reliability: Proven track record of punctuality and a positive "can-do" attitude.
Communication: Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions as part of a team.

Benefits

$27.00 - $35.00 per hour depending on your skill levels
