CHEF WANTED – MR BARTOLO CAFÉ, RICHMOND

Mr Bartolo Café on Bridge Road, Richmond, is looking for a reliable and passionate chef to join our team.

About the role:
Prepare and cook breakfast and lunch dishes consistently to a high standard.
Manage prep and keep service running smoothly during busy periods.
Maintain food presentation, portion sizes and quality.
Monitor stock, assist with ordering and minimise waste.
Follow food safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised kitchen.
Work closely with the front-of-house team.
Contribute ideas for specials and menu development.

About you:
Previous experience as a chef in a busy café.
Confident cooking breakfast and lunch dishes.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, organised and calm under pressure.
Solid attention to cleanliness and food quality.
Available for early starts and weekend shifts.

Pay: $34.00 – $42.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 per week
