We are urgently seeking experienced and reliable Caulkers to join our growing team for ongoing projects across Sydney.

Requirements – Experienced Caulker (Brickwork & Blockwork)
Proven experience in caulking and sealing brickwork and blockwork joints on residential and commercial construction projects.
Experience in sealing vertical and horizontal control joints, expansion joints and movement joints in masonry walls.
Ability to apply polyurethane, silicone and other specified sealants to achieve a clean, durable and skilled finish.
Experience installing backing rods and preparing joints before sealant application.
Strong understanding of correct joint preparation, including cleaning, priming and ensuring proper sealant adhesion.
Ability to produce straight, consistent and neat caulking finishes on exposed face brickwork and blockwork.




Knowledge of different sealant types and their suitability for various masonry applications.
Must hold a valid White Card and have legal working rights in Australia.
Must follow site safety procedures and be comfortable working at heights where required, using approved access equipment.
