Key Responsibilities - Manage daily operations of the pizza shop. - Supervise, train, and manage staff. - Prepare staff rosters and manage labour costs. - Ensure consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation. - Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards. - Manage stock levels, supplier orders, and minimise food waste. - Monitor sales, expenses, cash handling, and profitability. - Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time. - Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints. - Achieve sales targets and improve business performance. - Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety requirements.
Skills & Requirements - Previous experience in hospitality or food service management. - Solid leadership and communication skills. - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. - Experience with staff rostering, stock control,



and POS systems. - Ability to work in a quick-paced environment. - Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
