Key responsibilities:
Develop and drive the sales plan, setting revenue and booking targets and monitoring performance against them.
Grow recurring revenue by refining and promoting the business's maintenance service plans and improving customer retention.
Improve quote-to-booking conversion and set pricing guidelines that protect margins.
Plan and manage digital and local marketing campaigns, including the website, search, social media and paid advertising, within budget.
Identify current customer segments and referral partners, such as real estate agents, strata and property managers, and builders.
Strengthen the Cloud 9 brand as a premium, detail-focused service across all customer touchpoints.
Manage online reviews and the business's reputation, and build relationships with referral partners and the local community.
Report on sales and marketing results to the owner and recommend strategy adjustments.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year

Education:
Bachelor Degree (Hons) (Preferred)

Experience:
Sales and Marketing Managerial: 1 year (Preferred)
