The Australian Taxation Office is seeking highly motivated Prosecutors to join the Fraud and Criminal Behaviours (FCB) area to appear in court on behalf of the Commissioner. This is a challenging role for specialists dedicated to upholding tax integrity and ensuring fair outcomes for taxpayers.

As an APS 4 Prosecutions Officer you will manage a prosecution caseload, travel as required and hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
