Key responsibilities
Ensure protected delivery of projects through the management of risk and competence.
Recruit and retain talent
Provide leadership in identifying project opportunities with existing clients
Ensure projects are delivered on all IFM contracts
Identify, reduce and manage all risks (technical, statutory, health and safety, commercial or otherwise) associated with each and every project




Mentor team to seek out prospects to generate projects through innovation and life cycle planning
Lead the sales process through solutions development, participation in presentations and consultation meetings.
Contribute to Business unit strategy development
Manage Business unit forecast for financials
Negotiate contractual obligations and disputes upstream and downstream
Conduct monthly and ad hoc project review meetings covering all aspects of project delivery

Skills and experience we are looking for:
Business manager mindset
Strong Sales/BD mindset
Strong Projects background approx. 8 years
Experience leading team and delivering to key targets
