Two positions available

We are currently seeking an experienced and qualified Pakistani Cuisine Chef to join our restaurant on a temporary basis.

We are looking for someone who specialises in authentic Pakistani cuisine and has robust experience preparing traditional Pakistani dishes.

Position details.
Immediate start preferred.
Experience in authentic Pakistani cuisine is essential.
Must be confident preparing traditional Pakistani meals, curries, biryanis, karahi and BBQ.
Must be able to work independently in a professional restaurant kitchen.
EXPERIENCED TANDOOR CHEF

We are also seeking an experienced Tandoor Chef who specialises in preparing authentic tandoori dishes and traditional Indian and Pakistani starters.

Requirements:
Proven experience operating a traditional tandoor oven.
Experience preparing naan,



roti and other traditional tandoor breads.
Skilled in preparing tandoori chicken, tikka, kebabs and other tandoori dishes.
Experience preparing restaurant-quality entrees and appetisers.
Knowledge of traditional marinades, spices and preparation techniques.
Ability to maintain consistency, food quality and presentation.
