ABOUT THE ROLE
We are recruiting experienced Boners, Slicers and Slaughtermen to support our daily beef and lamb processing operations. This work is hands-on and quick paced, and we are looking for people who take pride in producing clean, accurate and high-quality cuts.
Typical duties include:
Stunning and processing livestock
Removing hides and internal organs
Preparing carcasses for further processing
Cutting, trimming and separating meat, fat and tissue from bones
Producing standard cuts such as flanks, rumps and shoulders
Operating restrainers, hoists and stunning equipment
Slitting, eviscerating and trimming carcasses
Cleaning and preparing meat for packing and export
Following hygiene, safety and animal welfare procedures at all times

ABOUT YOU




Previous experience in the meat industry is essential
Certificate III in Meat Processing is preferred
Physically fit and able to perform repetitive and manual tasks
Good hygiene and attention to detail
Willing to receive the Q-fever vaccination
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Work rights in Australia are required
Willing to learn and grow within the team
Able to work in a quick-paced environment safely and consistently
