Ciao Beauty is looking for a Doctor Assistant to join a dynamic team of professionals under the supervision and guidance of Dr William XL WU.

For Doctor Assistant Role

Full Time/Part Time Role (Versatile working hours)

We are looking for 1–2 enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our growing cosmetic clinic and work alongside our experienced aesthetic doctors.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist clients throughout their treatment journey.
Communicate with clients and explain treatment procedures, pre-care and aftercare instructions.
Present and explain Before & After photos to help clients understand treatment outcomes.
Assist doctors with treatment room preparation and appropriate clinical support during injectable procedures.
Provide skilled and attentive client care.
Assist with general clinic operations when required.

What We're Looking For
Fluent Mandarin speaking is a MUST.




Good communication skills are preferred.
A genuine interest in cosmetic medicine, aesthetics and beauty.
Friendly, confident and professional communication skills.
Medical or healthcare background is highly regarded.
Nursing students are very welcome to apply!
Previous experience in a cosmetic clinic, beauty or medical environment is an advantage.
Responsible, proactive and eager to learn.
