Enjoy customer service and practical, hands-on work? Join Tamarix Eggs, a family-run poultry business, in a wide-ranging role across our on-site retail store, egg packing, deliveries and general farm operations.

We’re looking for a reliable, motivated team member who enjoys variety, works well with others and is happy to help wherever needed.

About the role

Your duties will include:
Serving customers in our in office retail store
Preparing coffee and assisting with basic food handling
Grading and packing eggs accurately and carefully
Completing food safety and quality records
Cleaning and sanitising equipment and work areas
Assisting with general farm duties and animal care when required

About you

You will need:
Previous customer service experience
A friendly,



professional manner and positive attitude
Valuable attention to detail
The ability to keep up in a busy, hands-on workplace
A willingness to work across different areas of the business
Availability to work weekends

Barista experience, a forklift licence, or experience in food production, packing or farming would be an advantage, but is not essential.

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $34.76 – $36.11 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 38.0 per week
