With multiple restaurants across Melbourne and new stores coming soon we are currently recruiting for awesome people to join our crew at 300 Grams Keilor East.

What’s involved?
Being the face and the hands behind our brand
Providing an amazing 300 Grams experience front of house
Becoming a master across all stations impacting customer experience (service, packing, chips) and then migrating into the cookline (buns, building, grilling, chicken)
Making sure the restaurant is always sparkling clean
Working as a team in a fast-paced, fun, quick-service casual dining restaurant setting!
Working a range of shifts including weekdays, weeknights & weekends
Shifts include from 11:00am - 4:00pm and 4:00pm - 10pm.

What we look for:

Proactive, positive and reliable people with an appetite for learning (ok, and burgers). If you have previous experience in hospitality service or in in any customer-facing environment, outstanding however, there are opportunities for entry-level roles,



so we are able to train and support the person that displays the right behaviours.

We have multiple roles available offering casual or, full time hours. We’re a hospitality business, so you need to be available for a mixture of shifts during the week and on the weekends (minimum of 12 hours per week). Applicants must have (and be able to maintain) full, ongoing working rights in Australia.
