Omni Recruit is inviting experienced Head Chefs and strong Sous Chefs to register their interest in upcoming opportunities with an exciting Sydney restaurant group.

Since opening its first Darling Square venue in 2021, the business has grown into a popular destination for wings and cold beers, with venues now operating across Haymarket, Newtown, Parramatta and Penrith and Randwick.

As the group continues to grow, we're keen to connect with talented chefs who are ready to take ownership of a high-volume kitchen, lead a outstanding team and be part of the next stage of the business.

What could you be doing?
Leading all aspects of kitchen operations, including people, product, profit and compliance
Delivering 14 house-made wing flavours and the full menu consistently across every service
Managing food costs, GP, ordering, suppliers and stock control
Building rosters and keeping labour costs on budget
Owning food safety,



WHS requirements and kitchen audits
Recruiting, training and developing a high-performing kitchen team
Working closely with venue management and head office on menus, systems and business growth

What we'd like to see
Experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef in a busy, high-volume venue
Cert III or IV in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
NSW Food Safety Supervisor certificate
Strong understanding of food costs, GP and kitchen financials
Leadership skills that build accountable, motivated and loyal teams
Full Australian work rights
