Gems IT Solutions Pty Ltd is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls and wireless access points.
Configure and manage LAN, WAN, VLAN, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP and VPN settings.
Configure and maintain FortiGate and other business firewall/security solutions.
Install, configure and troubleshoot business Wi-Fi networks.
Monitor network performance, availability and security.
Diagnose and resolve network, internet and connectivity issues.
Manage firewall rules, VPNs, access controls and firmware updates.
Provide onsite and remote technical support to business clients.
Support Windows environments, Microsoft 365, printers and network devices.




Perform network upgrades, migrations and recent office/network deployments.
Maintain network diagrams, IP/VLAN records and technical documentation.
Coordinate with ISPs, vendors and third-party service providers.
Assist with backup, disaster recovery and cybersecurity requirements.
Perform regular network maintenance and security checks.
Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support and escalate complex issues when required.

Pay: $70,200.00 – $127,000.00 per year
