Dainton Taphouse by T-03 is looking for an experienced, energetic and hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead our taphouse operations and help take our venue to the next level.

Under current ownership, we're focused on building a vibrant hospitality destination known for excellent craft beer, quality food, live entertainment and exceptional customer service.

THE ROLE

As Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for:
Managing day-to-day taphouse and hospitality operations.
Leading, training and rostering bar, floor and kitchen staff.
Delivering exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
Driving sales, profitability and overall venue performance.
Planning and promoting events, live music and functions.
Managing stock, ordering, costs and operational budgets.
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation and compliance.
Working closely with ownership to grow the business and develop new opportunities.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Previous experience managing a pub, bar, brewery, restaurant or hospitality venue.




Strong leadership and staff management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service.
Sound understanding of hospitality costs, stock control and profitability.
Experience organising functions and events.
Current Victorian RSA certification.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
A proactive, hands-on attitude with a genuine passion for hospitality.
