About the Role

Care For You Australia is looking for a reliable, caring and enthusiastic Disability Support Worker to support a participant in the Hornsby area.

The role involves providing community participation support and assisting the participant to engage in everyday activities within the community.

Shift Availability

Tuesday and Wednesday
Morning shift: 8:30 am – 10:30 am
Afternoon shift: 3:00 pm – 5:00 pm

Each shift is 2 hours.

Key Responsibilities
Support the participant with community access and participation.
Encourage independence and social engagement.
Provide friendly and respectful support.
Follow the participant’s support plan and individual needs.
Maintain qualified communication and complete shift notes.

About You
Experience in disability support or community care is preferred.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Reliable, punctual and responsible.
Patient, compassionate and respectful.
Relevant qualifications such as Certificate III in Individual Support are preferred.
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check and other required clearances.
